The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church. The United Methodist Women of Bethany meet once a month on the 3rd Thursday night at 7 pm. We meet sometimes at church and other times in the homes of our members. We have a short business meeting where we talk about our upcoming projects, followed by a program covering a wide range of topics by our program chairman. We enjoy refreshments and time to socialize. Come out and join us.
